Enjoy connecting with other youth through outreaches and excursions like white water rafting, and experience presence driven worship with Martin Smith. The heart of Youth Awakened is to have an authentic encounter with God while growing in boldness and authority of who you are in Christ.
“Then he said to his disciples, ‘The harvest is plentiful but
the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore,

Hey Everyone! We are Ethan and Melia Grant. In high school we both got radically touched by the Lord and it completely changed our course of life. We are passionate about inspiring the next generation to be authentically themselves all while have fun. Right now we are serving as youth directors at New Horizons Community Church.
In 1999 Will walked into the basement of a church not knowing why he was there. That night the Holy Spirit reached out and grabbed him by the heart and he was never the same. Since then Will and his wife Musy have traveled and ministered with Bob Bradbury, Randy Clark and Rolland and Heidi Baker. Will’s call is to take the simplicity of the gospel and power of the Holy Spirit wherever he goes.
In 2016, Heidi & Rolland Baker asked Will to take over as Iris Global’s Chief Operating Officer. Now, in addition to traveling the globe speaking as an itinerant, he operationaly runs Iris Global.
Originally from Germany, Marion Hayes had a life-changing Holy Spirit encounter as a teenager after crying out for more from God. In her twenties, Marion served as a youth pastor at a German Lutheran church that was experiencing an unusual move of God. She moved to New York City in 2001 to get married to her husband, Corey. Today, she is a Vice President for environmental, social and governance (ESG) management at a large asset management firm, and she serves as a lay leader in several capacities with worship and teaching being her primary passions. Marion earned her Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees from United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio. She plays a mean ping pong game and is the owner of an even meaner cat.
